Mary Grace Hennessy, co-founder, and CEO of GraceBlocks was previously an operations, sales, and product leader at SmashFly (acquired by Symphony Talent). Prior to this she held product management roles and helped establish SaaS enterprise applicant tracking systems BrassRing (acquired by IBM) and Taleo (acquired by Oracle). Originally from Memphis, TN, she earned her Bachelor’s at Eckerd College and Masters from The George Washington University. Through work and school, she lived in many North American cities including Washington DC, San Francisco, St. Petersburg, and Quebec City, before settling in the Boston area with her husband/co-founder Michael and their family.
