Driven by her curiosity for all things related to Organizational Behavior, Lydia has developed an instinctive understanding of the talent related challenges faced by organizations at various stages of growth. She combines the art of human and organizational behavior with the sciences of explorative and causal research and analysis to derive meaningful insights that enable the organization’s Human Capital Strategy and business outcomes. Lydia is skilled at focusing on the big-picture strategy while driving tactical execution. Her experience in conducting organizational research, analyzing various types of data, and collaborating with both technical experts and business executives has given her the unique ability to derive crucial insights and drive strategies that impact the bottom-line. She is also a strong proponent of a data and insights-driven approach to Human Capital Management. This approach has enabled her to successfully partner with 20+ organizations across North America on their various transformation journeys by serving as a trusted advisor and coach. Lydia is currently Senior Director of People Strategy and Operations at Panasonic Energy North America. Previously, she was Director of HR Strategy and Technology, where she built the People Analytics practice from the ground up. She is currently working to elevate Panasonic’s adoption and application of research and analytics on all talent-related aspects.
