Kathleen Preddy is a Senior Data Scientist at Hirevue, where she leads the Innovations team. She designs AI and natural language processing (NLP) tools that make hiring easier and fairer for everyone. With over a decade of industry experience, her expertise spans dialogue systems, explainable AI, information retrieval, text classification, and semantic representations. Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in Computational Linguistics from the University of Washington.
