Prior to UKG, John held leadership roles at Betterworks and Intapp, where he helped scale high-growth technology businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Santa Clara University, where he also taught corporate strategy and leadership.
