Jason Gori is Senior Director of Product Management at Workhuman, where he leads the evolution of AI- and data-driven products that enhance the employee experience while delivering actionable insight into how work gets done. His work focuses on delivering intelligent, scalable platforms that convert everyday workplace behaviors into actionable Talent Intelligence, translating data into human-centered insight for HR and business leaders. With a career spanning engineering, analytics, data science, and product management, Jason has played a pivotal role in the development of Workhuman innovations including Workhuman iQ, the AI Assistant, and AdminHub. Prior to joining Workhuman, Jason helped establish the Global Data Office at Liberty Mutual and held a range of roles at Fidelity Investments, where he focused on Workforce & People Analytics. Across his career, he has bridged technology and humanity, advancing products that unlock the power of data while keeping people at the center of work.
