Catherine Davies is the Head of Employee Experience & Social Impact at LegalZoom, where she leads internal communications, employee engagement and experience, and the company’s social impact and inclusion strategy. She is passionate about building workplaces where people feel connected, valued, and inspired to contribute to something larger than themselves. She began her career at brand and marketing agencies, spending 15 years advising Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and startups on brand, messaging, and social impact. She believes that when organizations lead with authenticity and purpose, business results follow. A former All-American Division I softball player at the University of Michigan, Catherine learned early that resilience, teamwork, and a well-timed sense of humor can carry a team through almost anything. Based in Los Angeles, she enjoys writing poetry and music, playing guitar, staying active, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Coco. She is also an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights.
