Brandon Welch, SPHR, is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Sr Director of Talent Acquisition at BambooHR since September 2022, Brandon has held prominent roles including Head of Talent Acquisition at both Abnormal AI and Pluralsight. Other notable previous positions include Head of Global Talent Acquisition at The VOID, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts for virtual reality experiences, as well as leading Marketing and PR recruitment at Netflix. Brandon's background in the gaming industry includes leadership positions at Electronic Arts, overseeing global talent acquisition for multiple studios. Brandon began his recruitment career as a Sr. Recruiter with CHG Healthcare Services and has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Utah while furthering his education at Harvard Kennedy School.
