Frederic Patitucci is Chief People & Culture Officer at Philip Morris International (PMI). With a career that spans more than three decades, Fred joined the organization in 1998 as Director, Human Resources in Romania and has since served in multiple roles and geographies—including as Vice President, Human Resources for Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, Duty Free, China, and Russia.
Currently based in PMI’s Operating Center in Switzerland, and prior to his current role, he served as Vice President, Human Resources for the Reduced-Risk Products, Consumer, Life Sciences, and Commercial functions, driving the development of the organizations at the core of PMI’s smoke-free transformation. Before joining PMI, he was Human Resources Manager for Kraft in France.
Fred holds a postgraduate diploma from the Rouen Business School and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Normandy, both in France.
