Tonya James is Vice President, Product Management for Multi-Country Payroll Solutions at ADP. Tonya joined ADP in 2020 with over 20 years of product management, strategy, and marketing experience at companies such as Novell, Interact Commerce Corporation, UPS, and Cox Automotive where she launched the company's mobile product line. Most recently, Tonya was Vice President, International Product and Strategy at Equifax. In that role, Tonya led product management and innovation with teams across 23 different markets. Additionally, she managed development of the international business unit three-year strategy.
