Teresa is a Strategic Global Talent Advisor and Leader, and Talent Intelligence Expert. She earned her experience through an early career in Reward, HR Consulting and Executive Search/Research before spending 15 years in Talent Intelligence, both as a consultant for 10 years working with companies like Microsoft and Meta and latterly creating and leading a global team in-house at SAP. A psychology graduate, she is post-grad HR-qualified with deep international experience across multiple functions/sectors but predominantly Technology and with companies either operating at scale or high-growth. She has experience of working across varied and complex global stakeholder groups and TA environments at various stages of maturity and innovation. She is commercially focused and offers comprehensive global knowledge and experience of a wide variety of Talent Intelligence solutions, implementation and operational efficiency, talent sourcing and community creation, executive hiring and research, succession management and strategic talent/ED&I/career management initiatives. She regularly speaks on TI-related subjects for conferences and podcasts as well as providing mentorship to teams and individuals in the field of TI. Outside of work she advises young people on career paths through formal volunteer mentoring organisations.
