As the Global OD Lead for Digital & Technology, she led the organisation-wide shift to Data, Digital and AI as part of the Chief Digital Office, and re-designed the $2B Global Technology organisation to be an AI-first function.
Earlier, as Change Management Practice Lead within KPMG’s People & Change Consulting team, she advised Fortune 500 companies on governance, operatingmodel redesign, and workforce enablement across cloud, analytics, and automation programmes. A Chartered Management Accountant, Professional Scrum Master, and Certified CoActive Coach, Robyn combines financial rigour, agile delivery, and behavioural science. Having lived and worked across seven countries, she brings a truly global, human-centred perspective to scaling AI responsibly.
