Pierre Dejonghe is an accomplished Human Resources leader with more than 25 years of international experience across technology, FMCG, consulting and private equity. He has held senior roles at SHL, Deloitte Consulting, Kellogg’s and The Coca-Cola Company, and today serves as Chief People Officer at INFICON, where he leads the company’s global People & Culture agenda.
Alongside his corporate role, Pierre is an investor with allygatr, a German HR tech venture capital firm, and advisor to startups including Selectic (skills assessment, where he collaborates on an AI readiness assessment for HR professionals) and wondder (VR-based leadership development).
Pierre holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the Universite Catholique de Louvain and a CHRO degree from Wharton.
