Özge Korkmaz is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years' global experience.
She started her career at Mudo in 2005, working in various HR roles at Sabancı Group, Daikin and Cigna over the following 10 years. In 2016, she joined JLL Turkey as Human Resources Manager and was subsequently assigned the role of Talent Management Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In 2021, she was appointed Director of Inclusion and Diversity Programmes for JLL EMEA, a role she held in London until October 2022. Between 2022 and 2023, she established and managed the human resources department for the Assets Group in Doha, Qatar, serving as Human Resources Director and Executive Board Member.
Özge Korkmaz joined Sipay in December 2024 as Chief Human Resources Officer.
She is an ICF-certified professional coach and teaches human resources at universities.
