Marcus led the growth of the UKI business for 4 years, advising on HR and Payroll transformation consulting, systems implementation, change management, application management services (AMS), and outsourcing.
As well as his extensive knowledge of the HR and Payroll landscape, developed over 25 years having held senior roles at Accenture, KPMG and Oracle, Marcus brings strong relationships and experience of partnering with SAP, Workday and Oracle, and with many of Legion’s technology and services partners.
