Łukasz is passionate about HR Technology, with expertise in process automation, workforce analytics, and applying AI to make HR smarter. He focuses on driving digital HR transformation and building data-driven solutions that improve decision-making and employee experience. Before joining AMMEGA, Łukasz spent nearly a decade in the automotive industry—working with FCA, General Motors, and Stellantis—where he held multiple roles in Finance and HR. His experience spanning HR data, services, and systems gives him a distinct end-to-end perspective on global HR transformation.
