Currently Senior Vice President, Talent and Development at Louis Vuitton, part of the LVMH Group, Laura plays a pivotal role in shaping the luxury fashion house's organization by championing employee growth and potential. In this key position, alongside day-to-day business partnership, she leads the strategic direction and implementation of talent management initiatives across the company. One key focus area is developing career paths for employees across functions and geographies, leveraging the broader ecosystem of the LVMH group brands.
Since joining Louis Vuitton in August 2021, Laura has been focused on elevating the brand's approach to global talent management. Her scope today includes both Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, and she is deeply involved in succession planning to identify, cultivate, and prepare the next generation of leaders.
Prior to entering the world of Luxury, Laura established a rich foundation of HR expertise across various industries, including Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Technology. Earlier in her career, Laura built and lead a centralized Global Talent Acquisition function for Avery Dennison, and later played a global HR leadership role for GAP Inc, across global product development, sourcing, and supply chain.
