Katarina Roder heads the People Development and Culture Department at ÖBB-Infrastruktur, which employs 19,000 people. She brings many years of experience in Learning & Development, organizational and leadership development, and talent acquisition, gained across a variety of companies and roles. After completing her studies in Business Education and Psychology, she delved deeply into the field of digital transformation and, among other qualifications, completed a training program in Data Science. Katarina’s areas of expertise include managing sustainable development as well as work and organizational psychology. In addition, she serves as Deputy Chair of the Austrian Association for People Management (BPM).
