Julie Edwards is the Chief People Officer at Royal Health Inc., a role she has held for over three years. She brings more than 25 years of experience leading strategic business transformation in technical consulting and human capital management.
Before joining Royal Health, Julie served as Director of Consulting Services and Performance Talent at Insight. She began her career at Accenture, where she spent 14 years in a variety of roles, including HR Business Partner, and played a key role in building the first consulting team for a Fortune 500 client.
Julie is known for her innovative approach to talent strategy, with demonstrated success in employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, recruiting, coaching, organizational design, performance management, onboarding, and resource management. She is a recognized business leader in people development and received her degree from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
