With two decades of diverse experience spanning sales, marketing, talent development, and enablement, Jayney discovered her true calling in unlocking potential and opportunities through the power of learning. Today, she drives talent and workforce transformation across the ServiceNow ecosystem through ServiceNow University, contributing to the company's goal of skilling 3 million learners by 2027.
Based in London, she’s often on the move speaking at conferences, connecting with customers, and collaborating with ServiceNow teams across the world. These experiences fuel her commitment to mentoring others and creating inclusive learning environments.
When she’s not building a playground for learning, Jayney enjoys being at one at home – spending time with her husband Chris and their two girls. She also loves a bit of retail therapy, catching up on bingeworthy series, and diving into leadership podcasts – both as a listener and guest.
