Based in Paris, Eva Linares is an experienced HR technology and data leader with nearly two decades of experience in HR systems, process optimisation, and internal control. As Head of HRIS & HR Data at Transdev since 2019, she drives digital transformation across HR functions, integrating tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.Before specialising in HRIS, Eva held senior roles in internal control and business performance management at Transdev and VT-Eurolines, where she led initiatives to strengthen governance and streamline processes. She holds a Master’s in European Public and Social Policy from London South Bank University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Universidad de Oviedo.
