Eugenia FORNIERI MACCHI is currently SVP, Global Danone Talent, Learning and Executives' management, since January 2024.
After graduating from Bocconi Business School, Eugenia has started her HR career in Microsoft in Italy before moving to LVMH Group, where she held several HR roles in France and in the UK, until the creation of the "LVMH House", the global Executive Learning and Development center in London.
She joined Danone 24 years ago, where she held local, regional and global HR roles.
Today Eugenia and her team are responsible for the global Talent strategy, the global Learning offer - the Leadership and Functional Academies - and the development of the top 200 Danone business leaders worldwide.
