Emmanuelle TINGAUD is currently SVP, HR Global Functions, Operations, C&P, R&I, QFS at Danone, where she leads the HR strategy for over 45,000 employees across 150 factories, 400 distribution centers, and 7 R&D centers worldwide. She is recognized for her demanding yet caring leadership, her ability to unite teams around complex projects, and her ongoing commitment to a more inclusive and sustainable company.
Previously, she held several senior HR leadership roles, including VP HR for the Waters Division and Africa region, as well as global roles in Talent Development and Corporate HR. She also founded SCRIBEA, a social enterprise supporting vulnerable populations with administrative assistance.
Earlier in her career, Emmanuelle held commercial and sales roles at Danone and L’Oréal, gaining valuable experience in business operations.
