Dessislava MITEVA is currently SVP HR Danone Europe. In this role, Dessislava leads the HR strategy across Danone’s European business spanning across more than 20 countries, business operations of 10Bn euros and 26 000 employees. In addition, she also leads the HR teams of the Global Danone Headquarters (in Paris, Netherlands and Singapore).
With a strong track record in large, complex, multi categories and multicultural contexts, Dessislava brings deep expertise in aligning people strategies with business growth strategies. She is passionate about leading transformations, creating enviable cultures and elevating leadership and capabilities as catalysts of sustainable growth.
Dessislava has been with the company for 24 years, she has held previously several senior leadership roles such as VP Danone HR Specialized Nutrition Worldwide, VP Danone HR in North America based out of NYC.
