Before joining Opella, Denis held multiple HR Business partners roles at Mars across multiple geographies. He also spent a number of years in senior HR positions across building, industrial and FMCG businesses, including Barilla, La Farge and Spie.
He holds a DESS in Human Resources from IAE Dijon, among other leadership and coaching qualifications. In his spare time, he is a keen runner and animal lover. He is also a member of Telemaque, an association which supports children and their development.
