In September 2025, Christel took on the role of the Future Ready Program Lead at Schneider Electric. She leads the company’s global Senior Talent Program, a strategic initiative focused on empowering experienced employees through career development, upskilling, coaching, reverse mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Previously, Christel served as Automotive & Mobility Segment President at Schneider Electric, where she supported customers in navigating digitalization, electrification, and the transition toward autonomous and sustainable mobility.
Her career includes 18 years at the Renault-Nissan Alliance, where she held global leadership roles in control, finance, and strategic growth.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Christel is a business angel supporting purpose-driven start-ups, a French Foreign Trade Advisor helping students pursue international careers, and an active non-executive board member. She is passionate about building impactful organizations through vision-setting, collective intelligence, and talent development.
