Chris Browne focuses on how AI is reshaping jobs and the workforce. As Head of Product Management for Tesco’s global Talent Acquisition Transformation, he leads the use of technology and AI to enhance hiring, mobility, and inclusion across one of the UK’s largest employers. He has guided organisations through major technological shifts, from smartphones to AI, and brings deep technical and business expertise in how technology shapes both people and organisations.
In collaboration with the Better Hiring Institute, Chris works with government and industry as part of the UK Hiring Taskforce, helping shape the UK’s strategy for a modern, fair, and dynamic labour market. He recently presented on AI in the Workplace at the Modernising Employment All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG).
