Bruce Roch is the Head of Inclusion at Adecco, aiming at making the future work for everyone across geographies. By developing specific business led & social oriented activities, his inclusive operations help access to diverse talent pools and facilitate employability for underserved populations, as well as leveraging up/reskilling against long term unemployment.
Prior to his current role, he ran several positions in ESG, Foundation, thought leadership & DEI for The Adecco Group in France, and has also been an Executive Search Consultant with Alexandre Tic. He started his career at Handicap International, setting innovative fundraising for the non profit.
Bruce graduated from emlyon business school, serving on board of Alumni & Foundation. He is a trustee at NGOs (France Terre d’Asile, Weavers, Tous en stage or Konexio) as well as honorary chair of the French Association of Diversity Managers. Bruce is also author of “7 tenses to conjugate not to discriminate” (Editions Fil Rouge) published in 2021.
