With over 15 years at BAT, I have built a career at the intersection of talent strategy, employer branding, and organisational transformation across global and regional markets. Over the course of my career I have been working in HRBP, reward and talent management roles ranging across whole Europe. I had the pleasure to be based in Hungary, Germany and Denmark. Currently as Global Employer Brand Lead, I design and drive BAT’s worldwide talent attraction framework across 100+ markets. I am passionate about talent attraction and proud of the award-winning employer brand transformation I’ve been steering in the past 24 months.
