Anita joined BCG’s Amsterdam office over 19 years ago and has dedicated the past 15 years exclusively to people and organization topics. She currently leads BCG’s People & Organization practice across EMESA. Previously, she headed BCG’s Career Development Committee and drove Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) in the Amsterdam office.
In her client work, Anita primarily partners with multinational corporations and public sector organizations based in the Netherlands. She is passionate about helping organizations operate more effectively by deeply understanding the barriers holding them back today and addressing root causes directly, with pragmatism and impact.
Anita has extensive experience in operating model transformations, culture change, and strategic workforce planning. In the latter field, her recent focus has been on addressing (projected) shortages of highly skilled blue-collar workers, particularly in sectors such as energy transition, construction, infrastructure, travel, logistics, and technology.
She holds a degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Amsterdam, an MSc in Management Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from INSEAD.
