As an HR practitioner, designer, and consultant, Amy has spent her career studying and practicing the science of happiness and success at work. She is currently the VP of People Science at Culture Amp where her team conducts research, using 1.3 billion data points generated by more than 8,000 organizations, and scales those insights into Culture Amp’s product, thought leadership, and customer experience. Prior to Culture Amp, Amy was Chief People Officer at people development platform Torch, where she led the People and Behavioural Science teams. She has also helped lead the development and integration of People Science into products, messaging, and services for Glint, LinkedIn, and Microsoft’s HR solutions. Amy holds a Master of Science in Organisational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership Studies and Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
