Alex McMurray is co founder and VP of Sales at Valence, an enterprise AI company and the makers of Nadia, the most widely used AI coach in the Fortune 500. Alex partners with enterprise HR leaders to understand how AI coaching can pair with their existing L&D and talent programs to increase leadership effectiveness.
As the third founding leadership team member to join Valence, she led the commercialization of Valence’s platforms and developed a robust enterprise B2B sales motion. She previously served as an engagement manager at McKinsey, where she built deep experience in people operations and transformation consulting, focusing on the firm’s talent, capability building, and professional development programs. She holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
