Jason Baker has spent the last 15 years building and leading high-performing Global Recruiting teams in the Software industry. He has helped large and small companies achieve their hiring and business goals, holding senior leadership positions at SAP AG, Concur, and Workday. Currently, Jason is the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for Okta.Jason is known for his innovation, strategic thinking, and authentic leadership style. He excels at building meaningful relationships, consensus, and partnerships that drive large-scale and challenging initiatives forward.Outside of work, Jason enjoys taking long walks on the beaches outside of Charleston, SC, with his wife and their two rescued Golden Retrievers. He has a minor addiction to the game of golf and is an on-call chauffeur for his two teenage daughters.
