Neil Jensen is the Vice President, Global Product Vision & Experience at Workday. In this role, he is a key voice and strategist focusing on Human Resources, the evolving nature of work, the frontline workforce, and the influence of Artificial Intelligence within businesses. Before joining Workday, Neil gained deep experience as an HR practitioner and a strategic consultant, offering guidance to some of the world's largest companies. He lives in the Commonwealth of Virginia, where he enjoys playing golf and participating in other outdoor pursuits, as well as spending time with his wife and their five teenage sons.
