Suzan Vulaj is a seasoned global talent acquisition executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing recruitment organizations across technology, financial services, commerce, and media. As Senior Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at NBCUniversal, she is responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide talent strategies across one of the world’s most dynamic media and entertainment portfolios. Suzan leads a global team of more than 130 talent acquisition professionals spanning recruitment delivery, talent branding, candidate experience, and TA enablement. She partners closely with business and HR leaders to deliver scalable, candidate-centric hiring solutions while continuously evolving NBCUniversal’s approach to attracting and hiring top talent worldwide. She began her recruiting career at Google, supporting the launch of new international offices across EMEA and APAC, gaining early experience in global growth and workforce planning.

She later spent eight years at McGraw-Hill Financial (Standard & Poor’s), progressing from Recruiter and HR Business Partner to Senior Talent Manager, where she supported IT, Data Strategy & Operations, and PMO functions and helped advance global internal mobility, succession planning, and cross-functional talent movement. Suzan went on to serve as Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Pitney Bowes, leading recruitment for Sales, eCommerce, Technology, Innovation, and Engineering teams worldwide and strengthening global TA models aligned to business transformation. She joined NBCUniversal as a Director of Talent Acquisition, leading recruiting for Operations & Technology and Product & Technology teams supporting brands including Telemundo, Peacock, CNBC, NBC News Digital, NBC Sports, Fandango, Olympics, Bravo and NBCUniversal Stations. Her impact and leadership led to her promotion to oversee Global Talent Acquisition across the full NBCUniversal portfolio.

Suzan holds a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Economics from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. Known for her collaborative, resilient, and results-driven leadership style, she is a strong advocate for innovation, inclusive hiring practices, and exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
