Sara is a Senior Manager on The Josh Bersin Company’s advisory team, specializing in complex human capital initiatives including enterprise transformation and AI adoption strategies. She works closely with C-suite leaders at Fortune 500 organizations and brings cross-industry experience across pharmaceuticals, aviation, aerospace and defense, financial services, and consumer products. Sara holds an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
