With over two decades of experience spanning enterprise learning, customer operations, and strategic transformation—including leadership roles at KeyBank and Allstate—Rose has built a reputation for designing scalable programs that align people, technology, and data to deliver measurable business impact. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Customer Experience and has been recognized as a Top 50 L&D Professional and a Learning Elite Award finalist. Rose lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and two kids, and when she's not driving transformation at work, she's driving her kids to soccer and hockey practice.
