Paula Benevides has extensive experience in Human Resources and organizational transformation. In 2024, she took the role of Vice President of People, Culture, and Organization at Natura, the leading cosmetics company in Latin America. Founded in Brazil in 1969, Natura operates in approximately 14 countries and employs more than 14,000 people. In her role, Paula leads well-being and high-performance initiatives across the region. With a professional background that includes companies such as Cosan, Raízen, and Comgás, Paula is a specialist in driving cultural change, developing leadership, and aligning business strategies with integrated results. In addition to her corporate career, she serves as a career mentor for women, as well as a board advisor and speaker. She holds a degree in Psychology, an MBA in Business Management from Unicamp, and a specialization in People Development Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She has also led high-impact institutions, including Fundação Raízen.
