At Joyous, Katy helps organizations move beyond traditional surveys by using AI-powered 1:1 conversations at scale to gather solution-focused feedback. The platform analyzes those conversations and immediately translates them into clear action plans leaders can use to drive meaningful change.
Katy brings more than 20 years of experience spanning technology, HR, sales, and customer experience. She has built teams and operating systems that support both growth and execution and frequently speaks about how organizations can build feedback loops that lead to real improvement, not just measurement.
Katy is particularly passionate about building companies that work well for the humans who power them - because, as she likes to say, we spend a lot of our lives at work.
Outside of work, Katy is the mom of three, an amateur florist, a general contractor who loves a good home remodel, and a speaker and advocate for women in tech.
