Dr. Timo Sandritter has been a member of the Global Executive Board at Ingentis since March 2022. As Global President, he is responsible for driving the company’s international growth and strategic direction, with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness in today’s digital and data-driven business environment. A serial entrepreneur and expert in people tech, Sandritter brings deep leadership experience from the HR software and transformation space. He is also the President of Rippleworx, a SaaS platform for people analytics that helps organizations gain insights and accelerate performance.
Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Haufe and as Chief People Officer at AllCloud – both companies recognized for their focus on talent, agility, and innovation.
Earlier in his career, Sandritter co-founded the Cygnus Strategy Group, a consulting firm specializing in business transformation, and served as Chief People Officer at Digium, a communications technology company. Timo holds multiple master’s and doctoral degrees and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He also serves on several boards. His passion lies in shaping organizations that enable people to perform at their best and thrive in ever-changing environments.
