Doris Sims Spies, SPHR is the Founder of Talent Benchstrength Solutions, LLC which has been working globally with organizations since 2011 as they plan, execute, communicate and measure talent review and succession strategies and processes.
Doris is the author of The 30-Minute Guide to Talent and Succession Management, and The Talent Review Meeting Facilitator’s Guide, and Creative Onboarding Programs.
Doris holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
Doris has also contributed articles to other books and multiple periodicals, including The Talent Management Handbook, Training Magazine, Chief Talent Development Officer Magazine, Talent Management Magazine, and The Consultant’s Toolkit. Doris has served as a frequent USA and international speaker since 1999, providing presentations and training sessions in Europe, South America and in Asia as well as in cities across the USA.
