Dave is Strategic Partner with Revelio Labs where he works closely with customers, partners, and prospects to translate advanced workforce and labor market data into strategic and operational insights. He focuses on helping organizations across Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Intelligence, Total Rewards, and other data-driven workforce initiatives to drive better business and talent outcomes. Previously, Dave served as Global Leader of People Analytics and Workforce Planning at PTC and led Deloitte Consulting’s Workforce Transformation, People Analytics, and Workforce Planning programs. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at State Street and Fidelity Investments, led digital and operating model initiatives at Mothernature.com, and supported large-scale business transformation efforts at CSC Index. He is an Adjunct Lecturer in Columbia University’s Human Capital Management program, teaching master’s-level courses in People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning.
