Darren Philpott is the Global Vice President and Head of Workforce Strategy & Innovation, leading LHH’s Global Advisory Center of Excellence. With a career spanning leadership roles at IBM, Vodafone, Barclays, and Clifford Chance, Philpott brings extensive experience advising organizations across sectors, with particular depth in technology, banking, and telecommunications. A Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Scientist, Philpott combines rigorous insight with applied practice, supporting leaders to navigate change, strengthen capability, and deliver measurable, lasting impact for both people and the business.
