Bert Haro is a Senior Manager of Workforce Planning Product at Workday, focused on building the next generation of tools that help companies plan, manage, and transform their workforces. He has an MBA from the Berkeley Haas School of Business and has led product teams at startups across both enterprise and consumer markets. A hands-on tinkerer, he frequently prototypes and builds personal projects using tools like Cursor. Bert is deeply passionate about the future of work and is actively building products that help organizations get there faster and with greater confidence. Outside of work, you’ll often find him out on a run—he’s currently training for the Boston Marathon.
