Ashwinder “Ash” Ahluwalia is a seasoned product and strategy leader with deep expertise in building and scaling technology platforms that power modern teams. He currently serves as Head of Product and Strategy (Chief Product Officer) at Findem, where he drives innovation across the company’s AI-powered talent acquisition and management solutions, helping customers solve complex hiring challenges and unlock next-generation recruiting workflows.
Before Findem, Ash spent over a decade leading product management at Google, including work across Google Ads and Google Cloud, and most recently as the head of product and acting general manager for an internal AI/ML-stealth startup within Alphabet. His career spans designing customer-centric experiences at scale, mentoring product leaders, and defining product strategy in some of the world’s most dynamic technology organizations.
