Annette provides proactive counseling and litigation advice to employers on workforce strategies that leverage data analytics, with a focus on AI governance and risk management, equal pay, inclusion and belonging, and people analytics. As chair of Seyfarth’s People Analytics practice, she leads a multidisciplinary team that helps employers design data driven solutions for talent management, equal pay, inclusive practices, and workforce restructuring. She advises on the lawful use of data driven and AI enabled tools in hiring, promotion, retention, workforce planning, and employee engagement, helping organizations assess risk, build governance, and meet evolving regulatory requirements. Annette conducts pay equity analyses, evaluates compensation structures, and designs sustainable inclusion focused practices. She also advises on litigation involving class issues, disparate impact, and expert analyses, counsels government contractors on compliance, and provides strategic guidance on workforce data, agency audits, and risk management.
