Anna has spent most of her career leading people teams at technology companies, connecting organizations’ cultures and values to business outcomes via people programs. Most recently, she was the Chief People Officer at Asana (NYSE: ASAN), the leading enterprise work management platform. She has served in similar roles at MuleSoft, Readyforce, and IronPort Systems/Cisco Systems, with experience ranging from founding teams through to IPO and $700M+ in revenues. She serves on the Board of Directors at Culture Amp. She has board experience in the non profit sector at Emerge California and The Women’s Building in San Francisco. She has a B.A. from the University of Oregon and an MBA from IESE in Spain. Originally from Austria, she lives in San Francisco with her husband and daughter.
