Romain Chomier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits. Currently serving as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at KPMG France, he leads a team of four individuals, handling Compensation & Benefits and social control management for KPMG’s diverse range of departments and functions. With his expertise in compensation structures, social management control, benchmarking, and remuneration strategies, Romain has successfully implemented effective compensation frameworks for organizations of various sizes, including KPMG’s 10,000 employees. Prior to his role at KPMG, Romain held key positions in prestigious companies such as FDJ – La Française des Jeux, Bolloré, Nutrixo, and Grands Moulins de Paris, where he contributed to the development and execution of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
