Federico Balzola is Chief HR officer of the apparel group DIM Brands International and is based in Paris since 2016. In this capacity, he has led the HR function through the COVID-19 pandemic, the sale of the company, a cyber-attack, and countless organizational changes. Before that, he was Chief People Officer of Aer Lingus PLC based in Dublin and oversaw the transformation from an independent listed company to the subsidiary of IAG. Before that he held Regional and Country HRD roles in packaged goods, healthcare, and food with Reckitt Benckiser, Procter & Gamble and Danone; Early in his career, he explored consulting and sales, before settling in in HR and recently becoming a certified coach. He loves helping people and teams to perform at their best and enjoy their work, and drive business culture transformation. He is passionate about sustainability and has recently expanded his role to lead CSR for Dim.
