Sam is currently the Chief People & Internal Operations Officer at the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), where she leads HR, facilities, inclusion, strategic planning and internal communications for the association globally. Before the LPGA, Sam served in people/HR leadership roles at Spurs Sports & Entertainment, HubSpot, Wayfair, and Koya Partners, as well as in the nonprofit and education space. She has forged her career in guiding organizations and leaders in fulfilling their potential, driving holistic strategy, building high-performing, inclusive teams, and driving sustainable organizational change at scale. Her experience spans various industries, but the common thread remains people. She’s also a board member for Visible Hands, a venture fund focused on overlooked, but formidable entrepreneurs nationally. Sam currently resides in Central Florida with her husband, Brett.
