Drew Holler joined Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, in October 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer. In his role, he runs all HR, people operations and communications for the Company. Holler previously spent more than 20 years at Walmart, having started in supply chain operations and ultimately growing into several senior leadership roles at the company across supply chain, regional store management, and people innovation.
Prior to Lennar, Holler most recently served as Walmart’s Senior Vice President, Associate Experience and then SVP, People Partner for US Operations.
He graduated from John Brown University with a B.S. in Business Administration and earned his MBA at the New York Institute of Technology. Holler lives in Miami with his family.
